We source our specialty-grade beans from high-elevation "Cloud-Forest" estates where the cool air and rich soil produce a bean with unmatched structural density. Our roasting process is a disciplined "Small-Batch" craft utilizing precision thermal mapping to eliminate the acidic "noise" of mass production while unlocking hauntingly beautiful notes of dark cacao, toasted blueberry, and black pepper.
